Understanding Users at a Deeper Level
Alaris aimed to gain a more comprehensive understanding of users and their firms. Recognizing that a lengthy onboarding process could deter sign-ups, we proposed a two-step approach: an initial onboarding followed by an optional, more detailed “business profile” form. This additional profile form allows users to receive a more accurate valuation estimate, encouraging them to share relevant business details without overwhelming the initial experience.
